Welcome! I’m so glad you are here. As a registered dietitian nutritionist and mom with 3 kids, I love sharing my high protein recipes I’ve created. I know how challenging it can be to focus on eating high protein meals with a busy (and unpredictable!) schedule. 

Protein can often be overlooked when planning out meals, or grabbing a quick breakfast, or snacking on the run. 

But having a solid  protein source at every meal, plant or animal, can support your muscle strength, can help you feel satisfied after a meal, and can help control fluctuations in your energy levels throughout the day.
